Q; Are the meetings free?

A: For visitors, the first two meetings including the specially catered breakfast are free, but you must determine whether to join or not.  We ask that if you do not wish to join, that you not attend more than two meetings.

Q; What does it cost to join?

A: There is a one time initiation fee of $50, and the annual dues are $100, so $150 should accompany your application.  After that, there is a $7 weekly meeting fee, and the annual dues will be due again on your  anniversary.

Q; What do these fees pay for?

A: Many things. For example, the items that you will be given when you are admitted into membership. Such as our name tag lanyard, business card books, catered breakfasts, any fees for renting of meeting space, this web site, and group expenses such as printings, copies, and binders, as well as charitable donations the group votes to give and much more.

Q; Is this a new group?

A: In name only, some of our members have been in a networking group together for many years.

Q; Will I get referrals at every meeting?

A: While it is possible, it is not likely you will get a referral at every meeting. Every member that has been asked says that they get far more in business referrals than they spend in dues and fees.            Plus, we are a lot of fun to meet with!

Q; Do I have to bring referrals to every meeting?

A: While everyone would love for you to do that, it is by no means required.  Everyone expects you to keep them in mind as you meet with people, but the occurrence of a referral may not come every week.

Q; Do I have to be invited to join or attend a meeting as a visitor?

A: Absolutely not!  We welcome you to come by and say hello!

Q; Are you associated with BNI, Chamber Leads, or any other networking organization?

A: No. While some of our members are prior members of other networking groups, this group has no affiliation with any other group or organization.

Q; Are you in competition with BNI, Chamber Leads, or any other networking group?

A: No. There are different groups for different tastes. Some people may prefer Leads, some may prefer our group, some may like both.  We are all here to help each other develop our business. However, we do ask that individuals make a choice of their group affiliation.  We are all looking to help each other, and to divide our loyalty would not make sense.

Q; Can anyone apply to join All About Referrals?

A: Yes and no.  We only allow one member per profession.  For example, only one plumber may be a member.  Other than that rule, yes, anyone may apply to be a member.

Q; How do I apply to join All About Referrals?

A: Click on one of the “Apply for Membership” links that you see on this website.  This will direct you to an Adobe PDF file where you can download and print our application.  If for some reason you cannot download or print the application, just come by a meeting and we will be happy to provide you with an application.
